			Hard command loss timer, 17:50, switch to 3 axis stab.
			Switch from 2nd side lobe to 1 degree offset, 120 kbps
T Oct 02 (275)  Behind: Command back to 0 degree offset on main lobe.  Recover
			spacecraft, start powering instruments back on.
F Oct 03 (276)  Behind:	Continue recovery as needed
