STEREO Weekly Meeting Minutes for 2013-09-17 (Week 38) ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------- * The NASA MUG system used for monitoring telemetry will be upgraded on Tuesday, Oct 1, from 15-17 UT, which is outside track time. The backup date is Thursday, Oct 3, between 12-14 UT, also outside track time. INSTRUMENT and SPACECRAFT STATUS -------------------------------- * All subsystems on both spacecraft are nominal. DISCUSSION AND OPERATIONS CONSTRAINTS ------------------------------------- Week 37 (Sep 9-15) * On day 252 (Sep 9), during the DSS-14 support for Ahead, commanding was not conducted for the entire track due to a transmitter problem. See DR #G114257 for more information. * On day 253 (Sep 10), during the DSS-63 support for Ahead, turbo decoder lock was lost intermittently beginning at 0700z through 0707z. This anomaly resulted in the loss of 9120 frames of SSR data. See DR #M107517 for more information. * On day 257 (Sep 14), during the DSS-65 support for Ahead, turbo decoder lock was lost intermittently beginning at 1128z through 1145z. This anomaly resulted in the loss of eight frames of SSR data. * On day 258 (Sep 15), during the DSS-65 support for Ahead, turbo decoder lock was lost intermittently beginning at 0849z through 0900z. This anomaly resulted in the loss of nine frames of SSR data. * On day 255 (Sep 12), the 60th momentum dump on Ahead was executed successfully at 1530Z, which imparted a delta V of 0.094 m/sec. * On day 255 (Sep 12), during the DSS-63 support for Behind, commanding was not conducted for the entire track due to a transmitter problem. See DR #M107522 for more information. * On day 258 (Sep 15), during the DSS-65 support for Behind, turbo decoder lock was lost intermittently beginning at 1137z through 1755z. This anomaly resulted in the loss of three frames of SSR data. * On day 253 (Sep 10), the 55th momentum dump on Behind was executed successfully at 1400Z, which imparted a delta V of 0.073 m/sec. * The average daily SSR playback volume during the week was 4.1 gigabits for Ahead, and 3.8 gigabits for Behind. * Missing Ahead data for day 251 (Sep 8) has been traced to a missing data file at the DSN which will be retransmitted to the MOC, who will then reprocess the level-zero and attitude history files.
