An SLE offline transfer was performed by DSN and the MOC to recover all SSR data from the outage. See DR #N108568 for more information. * On day 341, the 52nd momentum dump for Ahead was executed successfully at 16:45 UT, which imparted a delta V of 0.087 m/sec. * On day 341, the SSR science partitions on Ahead filled as follows: SWAVES (Part 13) reached 100% full at 05:00 UT for 1.6 hours. IMPACT (Part 15) reached 95% full at 04:45 UT for 1.9 hours. IMPACT (Part 15) reached 95% full at 13:48 UT for 0.5 hours. The primary cause was the accumulated shortage of track time throughout the week. * On day 342, the SSR science partitions on Ahead filled as follows: SWAVES (Part 13) reached 100% full at 13:16 UT for 1.5 hours. The primary cause was the accumulated shortage of track time throughout the week * On day 342, during the DSS-25 support for Ahead, turbo decoder lock was lost intermittently beginning at 14:49 UT through 14:56 UT. This anomaly resulted in the loss of 19 frames of SSR data. See DR #N108571 for more information. * On day 343, the SSR science partitions on Ahead filled as follows: SWAVES (Part 13) reached 100% full at 05:21 UT for 1.4 hours. The primary cause was the accumulated shortage of track time throughout the week * On day 343, during the DSS-45 support for Behind, turbo decoder lock was lost briefly at 22:26 UT. From the science side - Not an emergency although, of course, more telemetry is better. Instrument teams can deal with it by reducing cadences (although IMPACT is finding that difficult with 7 instruments). Beacon Mode data can be downloaded with out DSN, although there are holes in the coverage. A more important problem coming in the first weeks of 2013 is that the command loss timer needs to be reset every 60 hours, so missing a day of telemetry can be a potential problem. 60 hours is a software limit; the hardware limit is 72 hours. * Station 45 is having problems which will result in a 2 dB drop in signal-to-noise until the end of the month. * Will discuss the holiday meeting schedule next week COORDINATED OBSERVATIONS ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scheduled activities for Week 50: M Dec 10 (345) T Dec 11 (346) W Dec 12 (347) T Dec 13 (348) F Dec 14 (349) S Dec 15 (350) S Dec 16 (351) Notes: * Significant telemetry shortfalls for both spacecraft are expected during the week. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scheduled activities for Week 51: M Dec 17 (352) T Dec 18 (353) Ahead: SECCHI stepped calibration roll, 10:15 UT W Dec 19 (354) T Dec 20 (355) Behind: Momentum dump, 21:00 UT F Dec 21 (356) S Dec 22 (357) S Dec 23 (358) Notes: * Significant telemetry shortfalls for both spacecraft are expected during the week. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scheduled activities for Week 52: M Dec 24 (359) T Dec 25 (360) Christmas W Dec 26 (361) T Dec 27 (362) F Dec 28 (363) S Dec 29 (364) S Dec 30 (365) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scheduled activities for Week 01: M Dec 31 (366) T Jan 01 (001) New Year W Jan 02 (002) T Jan 03 (003) F Jan 04 (004) S Jan 05 (005) S Jan 06 (006) Notes: * Significant telemetry shortfalls for both spacecraft are expected during the week. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scheduled activities for Week 02: M Jan 07 (007) T Jan 08 (008) W Jan 09 (009) Ahead: HGA Cal T Jan 10 (010) Behind: HGA Cal F Jan 11 (011) Ahead: 53rd Momentum Dump, 18:00 UT.
