ANNOUNCEMENTS

* Instruments stay on during A1 maneuver unless there's a need to turn them
  off.

* Reminder: Daylight savings time ends October 29th.

OPERATIONS CONSTRAINTS
----------------------

* Track plans out, weekly schedule.  Week 44 schedule out for Ahead; Behind
  will be very similar.

* Continuing to plan week 45, containing P1 burn, and A2 burn if needed.

* Early Ops Schedule has not changed.

* Week 46, 1st enabling of GT use--RT event.

* PLASTIC stepping up high voltage.

* Powering up SEP suite.

* Power down for P2 maneuver--deterministic.  About 3.3 m/s delta-V.  Maneuver
  on Madrid inbound, about 1 hour before perigee.  30 minute gap, then post
  recovery Canberra.  Backup maneuver on outbound track.

* Working on DSN track coverage for weeks 47 and 48.  Plans for Oct 27,28
  launch dates sitting on shelf if needed.

* Boom deployment, starts at 15:00 for Ahead.  Behind follows.

* APL asks about foreign nationals who need to be at the MOC for commissioning.

* It's been decided to not have daily meetings for commissioning, only these
  weekly telecons.

* Mag rolls week 47

* No eclipse during S1, instruments stay on.

* Putting together procedures for HI roll and off-point maneuvers.

* EUVI off-point tested, still looking at data.

* HGA event testing for MAG in progress.  Added 30 degree slew for testing in
  progress.
