RTN directory contains magnetic field vectors in radial-tangential-normal (RTN)
coordinates.

SC directory contains magnetic field vectors in spacecraft coordinates.

Filenames including "_MAG_" contain regular magnetometer data, with a
resolution of generaly one second, and nominally covering the entire day.

Filenames including "_MAGB_" contain burst magnetometer data, with a
resolution of 1/8 second, for one or more short periods during the day.
