* STEREO Weekly Planning meeting/telecon occurs every Tuesday effective
  7/11/2006 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM Eastern Time (US & Canada).
  Where: STEREO MOC Conference Room, Mod6.

OPERATIONS CONSTRAINTS
----------------------

* No instrument data will be downloaded from the SSR during 1st week.

* Front End IDs depend on DSN station.

* Discussion of new early operations schedule, 8-Jul-2006.  Instrument teams
  need to comment on the first week of this schedule by Friday, and on the rest
  of the schedule by launch.  Note that some instrument events were not moved
  but need to be moved.  These events are out of time sequence.  Please provide
  a day offset to a maneuver for these events.

* The baseline plan is still to turn instruments off for maneuvers.
  Instruments will be powered off during the track before a maneuver and
  powered on again during the succeeding track after the maneuver.  If the
  backup maneuver is needed, instruments will remain off.  There may be a
  possibility of keeping some instruments powered on during a maneuver.

* Discussion of operational requests from instrument teams, reproduced below.

* GT/G&C commissioning is still under discussion.  Although activities appear
  in the plan regarding the GT, these entries are placeholders.

* The SWAVES and COR (stepped) calibration rolls need to be run through the HIL
  simulator.

* The SECCHI EUVI and HI calibration activities are awaiting definition.

* The dates of the SECCHI campaign will change if launch slips to the next
  launch window.  NRL has already provided a memo outlining how the dates will
  change.
