Factors for converting LET Ahead sectored counts to Intensity.
2007-01-24: for data from 2006-12-12T06:11:50.000 through 2006-12-15T21:50:49.000,
	when LET ahead was in a crashed/frozen state.

The LET onboard software computes 160 sectored rates, assigned as follows:
   0 -  15: H       4-6 MeV/nuc
  15 -  31: 3He     4-6
  32 -  47: 4He     4-6
  48 -  63: 4He     6-12
  64 -  79: CNO     4-6
  80 -  95: CNO     6-12
  96 - 111: NeMgSi  4-6
 112 - 127: NeMgSi  6-12
 128 - 143: Fe      4-6
 144 - 159: Fe      6-12
 
A-side events are mapped into look-directions (sectors) as follows:

For B-side events, add 8 to each element of the above table to
find the sector number for a given L1-L2 combination.

The first 16 numbers after "BEGIN" below are geometry factors 
corresponding to the 16 sectors (0 - 15). These are the same for all
sectored species.

Then follows 160 rows of factors - one row for each of
the 160 sectored rates.
Each factors row contains the following fields: Num, Elo, Ehi, Efficiency[4]
The 4 Efficiency factors per rate are to handle the 4 LET dynamic
threshold states.

An Efficiency value of 0.0 (or a negative value) may be used to indicate that the
flux for a particular rate and dynamic-threshold-state is not valid.
